Has it been a whole year already? Seems so. We've only just got to know sweet wee Sinead Noonan and here we are looking for another lovely lady to replace her. You guessed it folks, Miss Ireland time has rolled around again...

How quickly Miss Irelands come and how even more quickly Miss Irelands go... Life moves on rapidly and progresses with gusto but we wanna keep 'em forever don't we? Ahhh, they're so cuuuute and cuddly and sweet smelling. Sadly, another one comes along the next year and we love that one just as much as her predecessor...

That's right. This coming September 26th we kick Miss Ireland 2008 Sinead Noonan out on her perfect bottom and replace her with a shinier newer model. But we'll all be there at the Royal Marine Hotel in Dun Laoghaire cheering along as our Shinners hands over her jewel adorned crown and sash. Just like the year before, and the year before that.

We spotted the Beauty Queen as she stepped off the Limerick train at Heuston Station this week with her usual dazzling smile beaming away despite the fact that her Miss Ireland end is nigh... Ah sure we'll miss her when she's gone. Sniff. Miss Irelands’ aren’t just for Christmas.
