With his long thin frame completely covered in tattoos and clad only in black it's hard to believe this young rocker spotted in Dublin this week is the son of one of the world's biggest Country Music stars and the brother of the world's biggest teenage sensation. At a mere 20 years old Trace Cyrus is already a successful guitarist and vocalist in the most excellent American electropop band 'Metro Station' who just happened to be on tour in Dublin this week. So what? You might say... Why should you even be bothered?

Well folks, it turns-out Trace only happens to be the son of 'Achy Breaky Heart' singer and multi-platinum Country Music star Billy Ray Cyrus. Remember him? The tight jeans, the mullet, the don't break my heart my achy breaky heart...

Not only that, Trace also happens to be the brother of Disney's Hannah Montana sensation Miley Cyrus - a wee teenage girl listed in Time magazine's 100 Most Influential People in The World! It's ok, we didn't see the family resemblance either! It's hard to see behind the gaunt look and the extensive body art.

But being from a rather famous family hasn't held tattooed Trace back. His band Metro Station are fast becoming a huge act in their own right as was evidenced by the hundreds and hundreds of teenagers camped outside The Olympia Theatre and around the corner into Temple Bar from the early morning to be first into see their idols.
