DJ Sash Rocks The Mansion... There was a bit of a Christmas hangover in most Dublin City Centre nightclubs last weekend with many revellers taking a much needed break after a big New Year's Eve. The same couldn't be said out in Templeogue where capacity crowds completely filled out Mansion nightclub to raise-the-roof with internationally renowned DJ Sash... DJ Sash As tumbleweed blew down the quiet road from Harcourt Street to Grafton Street at the weekend, the Festive Season wasn't quite over in the 'burbs where party people continued to say hello to 2009 with a massive party in Mansion Nightclub. Well, they did have German superstar DJ Sash (real name Sascha Lappessen) on the decks – these sure are Mysterious Times folks. Steph Maher, Kieron Ducie, Niamh Walsh, Elaine Buggle And it wasn't just local punters from the surrounding areas of Templeogue out-in-numbers to see the multi-platinum multi-million album selling DJ in action. Hell no. Much of the social-set and modelistas, used to hanging out on the VIP tables of Cocoon, Krystle & Lillies, actually hopped in cabs and made the trip beyond the City limits. A Christmas miracle! Steph Maher, Kieron Ducie, Elaine Buggle, Niamh Walsh, Shelly Smith & Others But don't for one second think they were slumming-it. Mansion was well equipped to cater for the in-crowd with a separate VIP area and oodles of champagne-a-flowin' as Sash's tunes floated around the air-conditioned red-roped zone. Familiar faces such as socialite Kieron Ducie (aka The Wolf) & his Armani make-up artist girlfriend Elaine Buggle, hot models Shelly Smith & Niamh Walsh, Sarah Harding look-a-like Steph Maher, and many more brought a bit o' glam to the proceedings. DJ Sash Such was the success of Sash at Mansion last weekend that the star DJ has vowed to return to the club on March 16th for St Patricks weekend. The Guru Josh Project and Brandon Block are also expected at the club in the coming weeks and months... DJ Sash
