Westlife's main competitors in the boyband stakes Blue broke out of high security prison last night just to entertain the sellout crowd in Dublin's Point Theatre.

Blue's massive entrance to the stage commenced with a video of the band being chased down by dogs and helicopters after escaping from a high security prison.

The curtain then opened to reveal the four lads clinging to a wire mesh before absieling down to the stage. The only thing was they forgot their main heartthrob Duncan!

But luckily their was a roadie on hand to get him down... Blue were supported on the night by Dublin band D-Side.
