Michael Flatley Goes to War...

Flatley's done the Eurovision, he's got married, then divorced. He's been a boxer. He's done the TV shows, the Riverdance tour, his own Lord of the Dance tour.

Then he retired and recorded a flute album. Now he's making a movie and more recently he got engaged to a blond from Balinteer in Dublin called Lisa Murphy.

Now, the word is out, our favorite superhoofer Michael Flatley is going to war. We don't even know with who at the moment but Michael Flatley is gone to Beirut.

The soon to be married Lord of the Dance flew to the Lebanon on Thursday (along with a photographer of course) to entertain the troops plus a host of locals.

However, our only issue now is which troops Flatley went to entertain. We presume it's the UN peace keepers but the affair is so secret that even his closest friends in Ireland don't know.

We do know that he flew out to perform for the troops on Thursday and is due back to his Nice home in the South of France today.

The big question now is if the superhoofer took his stunning blond fiancée with him to entertain the entertainer? The couple is due back into Dublin at the end of the month when they are planning another engagement party.

This one involved the couple taking all their friends for a night out at Ms Saigon which is running in the Point Theatre until September 28th.

This will be followed by Michael's stag night which will start at the new Gentleman's club, The Barclay Club on South William Street, where Flatley's people have already made some enquires.

The night will no doubt end up in Lillies for a change. Meanwhile back at the ranch.

Flatley's best Irish friend, the clubs owner Dave Egan has officially taken legal action regarding the soon to be ex-Manchester United footballer Dwight Yorke and an assault the player alleged made on Mrs. Egan at the Budweiser Derby recently.

Gardai in Newbridge have confirmed that are currently looking for witness's to come forward who saw the whole thing happen in the VIP tent.

Considering it was full of politicians I'd say they have their hands full.
