Chan
now Highbinding in Ireland...
"The Irish crews are very professional and I
like Guinness." were Jackie Chan’s first
words to the Irish press in Dublin when he announced
details of his latest movie The Highbinders
over the weekend.
Chan
and Evans
The
movie is being made with a $35 million dollar budget
and is currently shooting in Ireland with Chan, Lee
Evans, Claire Forlani and Sammo Hung.

Based on the legend of Highbinders which basically
says that when people die they can come back to be
either good or evil. Chan dies and comes back good
to Ireland where he helps Evans, an Interpol detective,
uncover a slavery ring.
The
film will shoot in Ireland until the end of August.
Production will then break while Chan films a new
movie The tuxedo before Highbinders restarts
in Asia at the end of the year.
Chan
also confirmed that he will be back in Ireland to
do a new film next year.
