Proof is in the picture: REM in Ireland...

This is the first picture of REM's lead singer in Ireland. The shoot was the only one taken of Michael Stipe since his arrival in Ireland last week. The shot taken of Stipe has him looking like a shepard with his wooden stag and shepard's hat as he watched Beck and Travis perform at the Irish Witnness festival. REM are currently staying in Ireland's Dalkey area where they are recording their current album.
